Stephen Keogh

.

Stephen Keogh is one of Ireland's most recognisable radio voices, with a broadcasting career spanning more than three decades.

He began his journey at Dublin's original Q102, hosting the early evening show under the on‑air name The Boy Wonder.

.

From there, he moved to Midlands 103FM, where The Stephen Keogh Breakfast Show became a staple for six years. He later fronted the breakfast show on CKR FM for two more years.

In 1999, Stephen joined Today FM, presenting the hugely popular Friday Night 80s for two years, and regularly stepping in on many of the station's flagship programmes. In 2001, he returned to breakfast radio with Dublin's Country Mix before working with both TV3 and FM104.

Stephen took up the breakfast show on Kildare's Kfm in 2004, where he remained for 12 years.

A lifelong fan of American country music, Stephen launched The American Country Show on Kfm in 2009.

.

The American Country Show won Gold at the PPI Radio Awards for Specialist Music Programme and later expanded into a television series in 2016, airing weekly on Keep It Country TV for more than two years.

Today, the show continues every Saturday from 6–8 pm on Tipp FM.

Stephen is now Programme Controller at Tipp FM and presents The Lunchtime Show from 12–3 pm.

In May 2025, he made history by completing The Radio Run - a full 26‑mile marathon completed while broadcasting a live radio show in support of the Newport Community Project.

Most recently, the Tipp FM Lunchtime Show with Stephen Keogh earned Silver in the General Music Programme category at the 2025 IMRO Radio Awards.
